Yogging on a Sunday Morn

Reminder to one's self. Please look at start time before you sign up for a 5k!!! This 8 am start time is killing me. 5 hours of sleep is NOT ideal to running well. "When in Rome" I say.

It's ironic that I just read your 2 year old post about the discipline it takes to train for a marathon!!!

But don't worry, sleep wouldn't have helped much on Sunday once you factored in the heat--I slept plenty and I still nearly threw up at the finish line.
